Investment in new plant provides additional capacity to meet demand

We have successfully commissioned the latest additions to our plant, which, after 3 months of operation have already proved their worth.  From the Mazak stable, a Nexus 450M CNC turning machine with live tooling has been installed which enables machining work pieces of 350mm in diameter and up to 3 metres long. This machine has been specifically purchased to service our oil and gas clients and is the first of 4 intended new machines of this genre.

At the other end of the scale, a Delapena E2000S automatic horizontal honing machine adds significantly to our CNC grinding and honing capability on high precision parts such as spools and sleeves which are produced in quantity.
